Lexi Kirsch (she/her) is a comedy writer/director living in Los Angeles. Her character-driven work is lightly surreal, where performances meet at the intersection of absurdist and dry humor.
Born and raised in Chicago, Lexi’s early passions were improv comedy and photography, which set the groundwork for her directing skillsets; her knack for character development and eye for composition eventually merged into making videos.
With over 15 years of film industry experience, Lexi has worked across feature films, television, commercials for clients like Apple, Google, and Marlboro, and music videos for artists like Alicia Keys, St. Vincent, and Florence and the Machine.
Lexi has a vast and savvy knowledge of production and a unique ability to collaborate with clients, agencies, artists, and departments across the board. She shoots for the edit and uses her improv background to craft performances to make magic for the screen.
Lexi has a BA in Art History from Bates College.
