Lexi Kirsch (she/her) is a comedy director, writer, and performer based in Los Angeles. Her work blends character-driven storytelling with a lightly surreal tone, balancing dry humor with grounded performances.
Born and raised in Chicago (go Bulls), Lexi’s early foundations in improv comedy and photography shaped her directing approach. Her instinct for character and her strong visual sensibility naturally led her into filmmaking.
With more than 15 years in the film industry, Lexi brings extensive production experience and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across clients, agencies, actors, and departments. She directs with a clear editorial vision and uses her improv background to guide authentic and varied performances.
Lexi studied Art History and Theater at Bates College.
